Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, driving business growth.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to execute effective sales campaigns.
  • Ensure seamless documentation and coordinate with legal teams for property transactions.
  • Deliver exceptional post-sales service and support, fostering long-term client relationships.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales, with a focus on high-rise projects.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • A proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a target-driven environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of legal and financial aspects of real estate transactions.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools.
  • Willingsness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
