Telesales Role:
We are looking for experienced Telesales Agents to join our team. As a Telesales Agent, you will be responsible for conducting outbound calls to prospective customers to promote and sell our products/services. You will have a strong ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers, as well as communicate product benefits and features, handle objections, and close sales effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to promote and sell products/services.
- Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers.
- Ccommunicate product benefits and features, handle objections, and close sales effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or referrals.
- Provide excellent post-sale customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Stay updated with product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry trends.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in telesales or outbound sales in International Market.
- Fluent English with a neutral accent – clear, articulate, and professional.
- Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
- Tech-savvy with experience using CRM tools and call management systems.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Flexible to work across different time zones if required.
