We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Representative to join our team in Pakistan. The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers to offer website development services, utilizing their sales skills to persuade them to schedule consultations with our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Make outbound calls to potential customers and offer website development services.
  • Deliver sales pitches and answer customer inquiries regarding services, pricing, packages, and other related information.
  • Schedule consultations with the team and follow up with potential customers.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Document all customer interactions in a clear and concise manner.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar sales role.
  • Strong sales skills and ability to persuade potential customers.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Customer-focused with the ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in website development or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in MS Office and experience working with call center software.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts as required.
