About the Job:

We are seeking a Revenue Growth Specialist who can drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships and identify new business opportunities. As an SMB Outbound Account Executive, you will be responsible for high-volume cold calling, prospecting new business, and demonstrating Motive's technology platform to prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with executive decision-makers
  • Demonstrating Motive's solutions to prospective clients
  • Surveying prospects to understand their business needs and aligning them with Motive's solutions
  • Educating clients about Motive's technology platform and helping them get started
  • Maintaining a consistent pipeline of qualified prospects and providing accurate forecasts for revenue
  • Developing a deep understanding of Motive's technology platform and operations
  • Staying up-to-date with market trends and using this knowledge to inform consultative insights
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of outbound sales experience preferably with B2B international clients (US/Canada/UK)
  • Strong track record of hunting, exceeding quotas, and rapidly growing your book over time
  • End-to-end ownership attitude from prospecting to closing
  • Ability to build rapport with executive decision-makers and influence outcomes
  • Data-driven mindset for charting a path to short, medium, and long-term sales goals
  • Best-in-class communication skills
  • Bachelor's Degree and/or exposure to US/Canada/UK B2B customers
