Key Responsibilities
  • Estimate the time required to complete tasks and provide quotes for clients;
  • Develop design briefs by gathering information and data through research;
  • Think creatively to produce new ideas and concepts;
  • Use innovation to redefine design briefs within cost and time constraints;
  • Work with various media, including photography and computer-aided design (CAD);
  • Proofread to produce accurate and high-quality work;
  • Contribute ideas and design artwork to the overall brief;
  • Demonstrate illustrative skills with rough sketches;
  • Work on layouts and art working pages ready for print;
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies in new media, particularly design programs;
  • Develop interactive designs;
  • Collaborate as part of a team with printers, copywriters, photographers, stylists, illustrators, and other designers.
