We are looking for a highly skilled Full Cycle Recruiter to join our team. As a Full Cycle Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to build relationships with both internal stakeholders and external candidates.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Proactively source and identify qualified candidates through various channels (online job boards, professional networks, social media).
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews to assess fit for the role.
- Manage the interview process, schedule interviews, and coordinate logistics with candidates and hiring managers.
- Prepare and deliver compelling offer packages to top candidates.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing candidates.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1 - 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
- Familiarity with Boolean search is a plus.
- Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle.
- Proven ability to source and attract high-caliber candidates.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- A passion for building relationships and fostering a positive candidate experience.
