Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to promote solar panels, batteries, and inverters.
  • Identify and build relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to ensure the brand is represented accurately.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Electrical Engineering, Energy Management, or related field.
  • 3–5 years proven experience in sales, preferably in solar energy, batteries, or electrical products.
  • Strong technical knowledge of solar panels, battery systems, and inverters.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
