Chief Dispensing Officer

We are seeking a skilled Pharmacist to join our team.

• Dispensing medication in various settings is a key responsibility of this role.
• The Pharmacist will review and process physician orders for accuracy.
• Maintaining accurate records of expired medications is crucial.
• Providing patient counseling and ensuring timely delivery of medication are also essential tasks.
• Managing inventory and expirations of products is another important duty.

This position requires a Doctorate or Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from a recognized university.

• A minimum of one year of experience in retail pharmacy, hospital, or similar capacity is preferred.
• Familiarity with hospital pharmacy operations and sound knowledge of physiology, pharmacology, and pharmaceuticals are required.
• Effective communication skills and willingness to work in shift duties are essential qualities for success in this role.

The responsibilities of this position include:

• Preparing sterile injections and bulk compounding.
• Monitoring chemo-critical lists and maintaining accurate records.
• Verifying the accuracy of labels before dispensing medication.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines.
