Business Development Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven professional to expand our property portfolio through effective engagement with landlords, agents, and property owners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to introduce services and build rapport with key stakeholders.
  • Engage prospects to understand their requirements and challenges.
  • Promote the benefits of company let agreements and explain how they address landlords' and property owners' needs.
  • Maintain relationships with agents, landlords, and property owners to convert initial conversations into long-term collaborations.
  • Schedule and coordinate property viewings with relevant parties.
  • Assist in preparing and reviewing tenancy agreements and related documentation.
  • Follow up on leads and maintain accurate records of interactions.
  • Handle objections professionally to foster trust and collaboration.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, property market changes, and competitor activities to tailor strategies.
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call quotas and conversion targets.
  • Provide regular updates on property acquisitions, leads, and conversions to management.
Qualifications
  • A degree in Business, Marketing, or Real Estate is required.
  • Proven track record of achieving targets in cold calling, telemarketing, or property acquisition roles.
  • Familiarity with legal requirements and agreements related to property leasing is an advantage.
