
Field Operations Manager

Join our dynamic team as a Field Operations Manager to take ownership of network rehabilitation, infrastructure expansion, and customer service excellence in Taank. As a key player in ensuring operational continuity and improving service KPIs, you will coordinate with civic authorities and enable new customer acquisitions through administrative and technical support.
This role offers the opportunity to lead the enhancement of fiber/copper networks in dry areas, achieve installation and sales targets for PSTN, broadband, and IPTV services, and monitor and improve MTTR (Mean Time to Repair), MTTP (Mean Time to Provision), and CHI (Customer Happiness Index).
You will conduct monthly performance reviews on key KPIs, including repeat complaints, denial cases, gross sales, and revenue, and plan and manage underground cable maintenance, fault repairs, and loop renovations on a scheduled priority basis.
To be successful in this role, you will ensure accurate mapping of Network Elements (NEs) and readiness for GPON-based expansion, coordinate with government departments and civic agencies to protect PTCL infrastructure during development activities, and liaise with legal and administrative authorities for case handling, resource provisioning, and exchange operations.
This position requires strong leadership and project management skills, along with a solid understanding of field-level fault handling, provisioning, and installation workflows, and experience in managing day-to-day field activities and meeting deadlines.
