We are seeking an experienced professional to take on the challenging role of Public Affairs and Communications Manager. As a key member of the MAPA Department, you will play a critical role in shaping the organisation's reputation and influencing government policy.

Your key responsibilities will include developing and implementing internal and external communication strategies to enhance the organisation's reputation. This will involve communicating the value of our medicines and raising public awareness of diabetes, obesity, and other chronic conditions. Additionally, you will serve as the Communication expert on Product Brand Teams, leading brand-specific communication strategy and tactics.

About the Role

  • As Public Affairs and Communications Manager, you will be responsible for building the organisation's reputation as a leading company driving change to combat diabetes and other serious conditions. This will involve leveraging local community relations, social responsibility, and diversity projects to reinforce the company's standing and implement global communications policies and projects locally.
  • Develop and implement Public Affairs plans that align with the organisation's strategic objectives and ensure effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
