Overview

The Campus Academic Coordinator plays a vital role in managing the academic matters of the campus.

S/he has to ensure that activities and events are well-organized according to the Academic Calendar, Syllabus, and Planning.

This position may require substitution in the absence of the Principal and demands a strong understanding of the campus's functioning.

  • Bring excellence in academics and Madani Terbiyat of the students.
  • Ensure that students have adequate learning and Montessori material.
  • Guarantee that teachers manage their classrooms effectively.
  • Coordinate with the Principal to organize Dua-e-Madinah and other events in a lively and befitting manner.
  • Assist the Principal in preparing and adjusting the timetable.
  • Analyze the syllabus and plan of all subjects.
  • Facilitate teachers in planning and implementation of subject-wise planning.
  • Guide and assist teachers regarding syllabus coverage and prepare weekly syllabus coverage proforma.
  • Verify teachers' Daily Diary to ensure implementation of planning.
  • Review the book, material, or any content sent by Majlis with teachers and provide timely feedback.
  • Re-check teachers' checked work daily and at least 8-10 diaries daily to ensure the quantity and quality of checking. Also, re-check a complete pile of any subject for at least one section every Saturday and provide re-checking proforma to the Principal to issue to the teachers.
  • Observe any teacher's classroom teaching for a whole unit daily.
  • Provide guidance and suggestions to teachers for improving teaching styles and methodology.
  • Facilitate teachers and Principal in papermaking and timely submission of papers.
  • Conduct rounds of the school to ensure the organized working of the teachers and students.
  • Teach students, especially in teachers' absence.
  • Evaluate and finalize results with teachers and assist the Principal in Result Finalization.
  • Aid and train teachers in consultation with the Principal and Majlis.
  • Support staff and Principal in organizing PTM in a befitting manner.
  • Met with parents as per given timings to facilitate and solve their academic issues.
  • Identify new and suitable teachers in coordination with the Principal and Majlis.
  • Encourage and motivate staff and students to bring better results.
  • Perform all incidental/indirect duties as required.
