BCMS Specialist

Job Title: BCMS Specialist

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to support the implementation and management of Business Continuity Management Systems in line with ISO 22301 standards.

• Assist in the design, development, and review of ISO 22301-based Business Continuity Management Systems (BCMS).
• Support business impact analysis (BIA) and risk assessment exercises.
• Help in documenting business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
• Assist in testing and simulation exercises for business continuity readiness.
• Support the preparation of BCMS policies, procedures, and compliance reports.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Bachelor's degree in IT, Information Security, Business Continuity, or a related field.
• Professional certifications such as ISO 22301 Foundation, or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of experience in BCMS, or IT governance-related roles.
• Knowledge of ISO 22301 business continuity planning, risk assessment, and resilience strategies.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong documentation, report writing, and research skills.
