The Regulatory and Export Department is responsible for overseeing the registration of new products, compiling necessary documents, and ensuring timely renewal of product registrations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • New Products Registration: We register new pharmaceutical products in compliance with regulatory requirements, adhering to strict guidelines.
  • Registration Renewal: Our team ensures that all product registrations are renewed on time, both locally and for export markets, promoting a seamless experience.
  • Drug Manufacturing License Renewal: We facilitate the renewal of licenses for drug manufacturing, aligning with regulatory policies.
  • Regulatory Compliance: The department is committed to fulfilling all regulatory policies related to medicines and drugs, maintaining the highest standards.
  • Departmental Coordination: Effective coordination and communication with other departments within the organization is essential for our success, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Packaging and Promotional Material Approval: We assist in the approval process for packaging and promotional materials, ensuring they meet regulatory standards, enhancing brand visibility.
  • Authorizations and Permissions: In collaboration with the RA Manager, we work towards obtaining necessary authorizations and permissions from relevant authorities, facilitating business growth.
  • Document Updates: We strive to obtain approvals from relevant authorities for changes in registered drug documents, such as price adjustments, pack size modifications, or formulation updates, ensuring accuracy.
  • Interdepartmental Support: We provide support to all departments whenever needed, promoting a cohesive work environment.
  • Tender Business Documentation: Our team prepares necessary documents for tender business opportunities, optimizing our chances of success.
  • Additional Responsibilities: As assigned by the RA Manager, we take on various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the department, driving results.
  • Price Update and SRO Compliance: We work to obtain approvals and update the prices of registered drugs according to new SROs and DRAP intimations, staying up-to-date with industry developments.
