Job Description

To conduct assigned flights in accordance with the detailed provisions of Company Operational Manual and in compliance with CAA related regulations. Ultimate safety, security, and efficiency are achieved throughout all operated flights; supports and guides the flight/cabin crew, handle emergencies and ad-hoc scenarios effectively.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct assigned flights in accordance with operational manual and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure safety, security, and efficiency during flights.
  • Supports and guides the flight/cabin crew.
  • Handle emergencies and ad-hoc scenarios effectively.
  • Take control over the flight to ensure successful performance.


Required Skills and Qualifications
Minimum Requirements

  • Minimum of 2000 hours PIC experience.
  • Minimum of 800 hours PIC on A320 family.
  • Minimum of 5000 hours total flying experience.

Preferred Requirements

  • Trainers with TRE/TRI/LTC experience will be given preference.
  • Valid licenses, valid Class 1 medical, and Valid IR.
  • Valid English Language Proficiency (ELP) certification.
  • CPL/ATPL license is preferred.
  • Technical and psychometric assessment, and Medical Fitness Check up for Pilots as per Company/CAA standards.
