Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Motion Graphics Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our content creation department, you will be responsible for animating static designs and illustrations into engaging social media content.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Animate static designs and illustrations to create visually appealing social media content, including posts, stories, reels, banners, and motion graphics.
  • Collaborate with designers, content creators, and marketing teams to bring campaign visuals to life through animation.
  • Transform key messages into clear, animated content that aligns with brand tone and platform guidelines.
  • Ensure animations are optimized for different formats, sizes, and social media specifications (e.g., vertical, square, horizontal).
  • Add motion effects, transitions, kinetic text, and basic sound (if required) to elevate storytelling and viewer retention.
  • Work within fast-paced timelines while maintaining high-quality output.
Requirements:
  • 2–4 years of experience in 2D animation, motion graphics, or social media content creation.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing animated social content and storytelling ability.
  • Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and other relevant tools (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Ability to animate using pre-existing assets—no original character animation or 3D work required.
  • Attention to detail, especially in timing, transitions, and visual rhythm.
  • Strong sense of design, typography, and composition in motion.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a creative team.
