Supply Chain Leadership

As a key member of our organization, you will oversee the end-to-end supply chain operations. You will lead a team of procurement, logistics, and warehouse personnel to ensure seamless operations across departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Procurement Management:
    • Develop sourcing strategies, evaluate suppliers, and negotiate contracts to achieve cost, quality, and service goals.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure specifications and budgets are met.
  • Import and Export Operations:
    • Manage customs clearance, freight forwarding, and documentation for international shipments.
    • Ensure compliance with domestic and international trade regulations, including duties, taxes, and licenses.
  • Warehousing & Material Handling:
    • Oversee warehouse operations, ensuring proper receipt, storage, segregation, and dispensing of raw, packaging, and general materials.
    • Implement inventory control measures to manage stock levels, minimize loss, and avoid overstocking or shortages.
  • Supplier Relationship Management:
    • Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships for strategic sourcing and supply continuity.
    • Monitor supplier performance (on-time delivery, quality, pricing), and conduct audits and evaluations.
  • Team Leadership & Cross-functional Coordination:
    • Lead and mentor a team of procurement, logistics, and warehouse personnel.
    • Foster collaboration across departments to ensure alignment in procurement, production planning, and quality assurance.
