We are seeking a skilled 3D Visualizer to create stunning photorealistic visualizations and staging for residential and commercial properties.

About the Role:
  • Collaborate with our team to understand project requirements and objectives.
  • Develop high-quality, photorealistic 3D visualizations and virtual staging for residential and commercial properties.
  • Utilize industry-leading 3D modeling and rendering software to design and furnish spaces according to client specifications.
  • Edit and enhance photographs using Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom to integrate virtual staging seamlessly.
  • Evaluate furniture, decor, and layout representation based on provided floor plans and design briefs.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, interior design styles, and staging techniques.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining a high standard of quality.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to gather feedback and make necessary adjustments.
  • Contribute to the development of marketing materials by providing visually compelling staged images.
Key Requirements:
  • Proven experience in 3D visualization, virtual staging, and interior design is required.
  • Proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering software (e.g., SketchUp, 3ds Max, Blender, V-Ray) is essential.
  • Expert-level skills in photo editing software such as Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom are necessary.
  • A strong understanding of interior design principles, color schemes, and furniture arrangement is essential.
  • Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics are crucial.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team is required.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills are essential.
  • Effective communication skills to interact with clients and team members are necessary.
  • A portfolio showcasing previous 3D visualization and virtual staging projects is highly desirable.
