**Job Summary**

To excel in this Site Reliability Engineer role, you will need to get a deeper understanding of cloud infrastructure management.

About This Role

We are looking for an experienced engineer who can ensure high scalability, security, and uptime for our enterprise clients. You will partner with engineers to automate deployments, harden cloud systems, and lead incident response efforts.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage Kubernetes clusters efficiently, right-size nodes, and streamline upgrades.
  • Implement SRE best practices, reduce alert noise, build service-level objectives (SLOs), and create incident playbooks.
  • Secure ingress layers and combat abuse in cloud environments.
  • Collaborate with engineers to migrate services and support CDC data layers.

**Requirements:**

  • Proficiency in Bash and one additional language (PHP/Python/Node.js).
  • At least 3 years of experience in Kubernetes, Terraform, and GCP/AWS.
  • Strong scripting skills for automation and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
  • Ability to communicate effectively in a remote environment.
