**Lead AI Engineer**

Responsibilities:
  1. Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models to address complex business challenges.
  2. Develop scalable architectures for AI models, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and data pipelines.
  3. Collaborate with data engineers to implement robust data pipelines for training and serving AI models.
  4. Manage the entire lifecycle of AI models, including data preparation, model training, validation, deployment, and monitoring.
  5. Optimize models for performance, scalability, and accuracy.
  6. Evaluate new AI technologies, frameworks, and algorithms to enhance capabilities.
  7. Contribute to research and development efforts to create innovative AI-driven solutions.
  8. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior AI engineers and data scientists.
  9. Lead code reviews, promote best practices, and ensure adherence to AI and data engineering standards.
Minimum Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
  2. 6+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering or data science.
  3. Proven track record of deploying AI/ML models in production environments.
  4. Strong programming skills in Python, R, or Java.
  5. Expertise in ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
  6. Experience with NLP, computer vision, or deep learning.
  7. Experience with transformers and LLMs (e.g., GPT, BERT, Bloom, T5).
  8. Proficiency in database systems (SQL, NoSQL).
  9. Familiarity with MLOps tools (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow).
  10. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  11. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  12. Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
