**Job Title:** Senior MERN Stack Developer

  • Collaborate with developers to evaluate and optimize application performance, quality, and responsiveness.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their requirements and delivering tailored solutions that meet their expectations.
  • Foster open communication and collaboration within the team and with clients, driving project success and growth.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in web development, with a strong background in software engineering principles.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a team lead or management role, with a proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams.
  • Expertise in the MERN stack, including MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js, as well as experience in mobile application development using Flutter or React Native.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and meeting project deadlines.
