About this role:

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced caregiver to provide support and assistance to elderly individuals in Gujrat, Pakistan. This part-time position involves assisting clients with physical or cognitive limitations, providing companionship, and supporting their daily needs.

Responsibilities:
  1. Personal Care: Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
  2. Companionship: Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful conversations.
  3. Nutrition and Hydration: Prepare meals according to dietary restrictions and assist with feeding if needed.
  4. Medication Management: Administer medications as prescribed.
  5. Transportation and Communication: Accompany clients to medical appointments and communicate updates to family members.
  6. Health Monitoring: Monitor health changes and report concerns.
  7. Environmental Safety: Maintain a safe and hygienic environment for the client.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a caregiver or similar role.
  • Valid visa for working in Pakistan.
  • Excellent communication skills; fluent in English, Urdu, or Punjabi.
  • Knowledge of basic first aid and CPR preferred.
  • Ability to assist with transfers and lifting.
  • Compassionate, patient, and understanding nature.
