Poultry Farm Operations Director

Ghani Poultry Farm aims to establish a new broiler poultry farm with an initial capacity of 2,000-3,000 birds per flock, scalable up to 10,000 birds per flock.

• Evaluate and improve the efficiency of setting up a new poultry shed equipped with cost-effective equipment.
• Oversee the overall operations of a broiler chicken farm, ensuring optimal productivity.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy.

• A related education in veterinary medicine (DVM) or poultry science (BSc).
• At least 3-5 years of experience managing a successful broiler poultry farm.
• Familiarity with the latest farm equipment.
• Understanding of vaccination, medication, and disinfection methods.
• Familiarity with common marketing techniques is an added advantage.
