Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Automation Expert to oversee and manage technical operations involving control systems, instrumentation, and communication protocols across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage technical projects related to SCADA systems, ensuring efficient operation of control systems across industrial plants.
  • Implement, program, and troubleshoot PLCs from platforms such as Rockwell and Siemens.
  • Deploy and maintain Instrumentation systems, including process analyzers, field instruments, and sensors.
  • Supervise and troubleshoot issues related to DCS and ensure efficient plant operations.
  • Integrate OPC systems, ensuring data is collected and shared across platforms seamlessly.
  • Install and operate electrical works, including low voltage MCCs and VFDs.
  • Design and implement communication networks using multiple protocols, ensuring reliable and secure communication between devices.
  • Develop and integrate automation platforms, including Rockwell, Siemens, and Wonderware systems.
  • Analyze operational data using Power BI, providing insights for decision-making and process optimization.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Control Systems Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • 8-10 years of experience working with SCADA, PLC, DCS, and Instrumentation in industrial settings.
  • Proficiency in programming and configuring PLCs, with hands-on experience in Rockwell and Siemens platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of communication protocols, including Modbus, Profinet, and Ethernet/IP.
  • Experience with OPC standards (UA, DA) and ensuring data integration across different platforms.
  • In-depth understanding of electrical systems, including low voltage MCCs and VFDs.
  • Proven experience managing technical teams and overseeing project execution.
  • Familiarity with industrial data analytics platforms, including Power BI.
