As a System Engineer, you will play a critical role in supporting the planning, design, and implementation of new projects at the customer end.

Responsibilities
  • Work full-time as a Resident Engineer to ensure the successful execution of project activities.
  • Participate actively in deployments at customer sites to provide timely support.
  • Monitor existing systems to identify potential issues and implement corrective measures to maintain structural integrity.
  • Oversee the development and installation of new hardware and software solutions to meet business needs.
  • Install, configure, and test operating systems and other software to ensure seamless functionality.
  • Design and implement security systems and redundant backups to safeguard data and prevent loss.
Requirements
  • Proven knowledge of Microsoft products like VMWARE and ESXi, with practical experience.
  • Experience with monitoring systems and ITSM tools to optimize performance.
  • Strong background in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting VM, ESXi, and banking applications.
Education & Experience
  • Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in a similar field.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science, preferably from a reputable institution.
  • Certifications like MS, SolarWinds, ME are advantageous in advancing career prospects.
Competencies
  • Excellent organizational skills and motivation to drive results.
  • Basic networking knowledge to understand system interactions.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively collaborate with teams.
