Digital Sales Strategist

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead our online sales efforts and drive profitable conversions.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing paid media campaigns for e-commerce brands, with a proven track record of driving profitable results.
- Develop and execute comprehensive paid media strategies to drive profitable conversions across Meta, TikTok, and Google platforms.
- Collaborate with our content team to create high-performing ad creatives and copy that resonate with our target audience.
- Analyze performance metrics daily, making data-driven decisions to optimize targeting, creative, and copy.
- Work closely with our e-commerce and creative teams to optimize landing pages, bundles, and site experience for maximum conversion.
- Minimum 3 years' experience leading paid media campaigns for e-commerce brands.
- Proven ability to manage ad spend effectively.
- Deep knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads.
- Strong grasp of conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles and A/B testing.
- Understanding of how to leverage user-generated content (UGC) and influencer content for ads.
- Able to creatively combine different content elements to create effective ads.
- Data-driven mindset, comfortable turning numbers into strategy.
- Creative thinker who understands our target audience and what drives them to add to cart.
