Production Leadership Role

This position is responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring that equipment and operations meet targeted plans.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills to monitor production capacity and efficiency, as well as leadership abilities to execute production plans in accordance with sales demand.

A key aspect of this role is managing a team, providing training and development opportunities to ensure they are equipped to meet business needs.

In addition to staff management, the successful candidate will be responsible for planning, analyzing, and implementing work schedules, monitoring staff performance, and identifying areas for improvement.

Quality control is also a critical component of this role, requiring the ability to monitor and control quality parameters, take countermeasures against complaints or defects, and implement cost-saving projects.

Effective material management, including arranging supplies and minimizing waste, is another essential duty. The candidate will also be responsible for maintaining inventory records and ensuring that raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods are accurately tracked.

This role requires strong communication and technical skills, as well as proficiency in MS Office. Self-motivation and the ability to work under pressure are also essential.
