Mathematics Educator

We are seeking a highly skilled Mathematics Educator to join our team of passionate educators. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering engaging math lessons that inspire young learners to explore the wonders of mathematics.
About the Role:- Develop and implement innovative math curricula that cater to the diverse needs of our students.
- Teach core mathematics concepts such as number sense, basic operations, measurement, geometry, fractions, and problem-solving, ensuring students develop a deep understanding of mathematical principles.
- Encourage critical thinking, analytical skills, and real-life application of mathematical concepts, promoting creativity and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2–3 years of teaching experience at the primary level.
- Strong understanding of child-centered teaching approaches and math pedagogy, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire confidence and enthusiasm for learning mathematics, with strong organizational, classroom management, and assessment skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver interactive math lessons aligned with our curriculum standards, utilizing hands-on activities and digital tools to foster creativity and problem-solving skills.
- Assess and monitor student progress, maintaining accurate records and providing regular feedback to students and parents, ensuring students stay on track with their learning goals.
- Collaborate with colleagues to design interdisciplinary projects integrating math with STEM and other subjects, showcasing the relevance and importance of mathematics in everyday life.
- Maintain a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment, fostering a sense of community and respect among students and staff.
