About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Senior Customer Engagement Coordinator. This role is responsible for handling inbound calls, providing excellent customer support, and processing payments and bookings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle Inbound Calls – Assist customers with airline ticket inquiries and bookings.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Support – Resolve queries about flight schedules, fares, and airline policies.
  • Process Payments & Bookings – Guide customers through the ticketing and payment process.

Requirements:

  • Fluent English Communication – Strong verbal & written skills.
  • Customer Handling Skills – Ability to manage customer inquiries professionally.
  • Active Listening & Problem-Solving – Understand and resolve client concerns.
  • Sales & Persuasion Ability – Explain travel options persuasively to clients.
  • Computer Literacy – Email handling and MS Office.
  • Multitasking – Ability to manage multiple clients at the same time.
  • Teamwork & Collaboration – Work effectively within a team setup.
