As an Office Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Your primary responsibilities will include managing administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, handling vendor relationships, and generating insurance-related documentation.

You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring a productive work environment. This includes managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities, as well as coordinating calendars for staff, scheduling meetings, and booking conference rooms or virtual meeting platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Tasks: Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure a productive work environment.
  • Scheduling: Coordinate calendars for staff, schedule meetings, and book conference rooms or virtual meeting platforms.
  • Vendor Management: Liaise with vendors and service providers to negotiate contracts, schedule services, and resolve issues.
  • Insurance Documentation: Generate and manage insurance-related documents, such as certificates of insurance, claims forms, or policy renewals.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in office management, administrative support, or a similar role.
