Job Description

Overview

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, with the ability to gather and analyze data in a fast-paced environment. They will be responsible for conducting intelligence operations, identifying potential threats, and developing strategies to mitigate these risks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct field intelligence operations, gathering data and information to support strategic decision-making.
  • Analyze data and identify trends, patterns, and potential threats.
  • Develop and implement strategies to mitigate identified risks.
  • Maintain accurate records of all intelligence activities and operations.

Requirements

  • Matric education is required.
  • Must have qualified Intelligence Course from SMI, DSI/NIA & IB Academy (Not applicable for female candidates).

Experience

  • At least 4 years post-Intelligence Course experience in field intelligence operation setup (Not applicable for female candidates).
  • Female candidates with experience of serving in any intelligence setup will be preferred. Experience certificate must be attached with the CV.

Note: Clear copy of CV along with scanned copy of Intelligence Course Report from SMI, DSI/NIA & IB Academy must be attached with the online application.

Terms & Conditions

  • Selected candidate will be hired initially for a contract period of 5 years (extendable if required).
  • Retired officials (JCOs/NCOs/Inspectors/Sub-Inspectors/Assistant Sub-Inspectors) from Police, Civil & Military Intelligence Agencies are encouraged to apply.
  • Proficiency in regional language will be preferred.
  • The management reserves the right to accept/reject any application without reasons.
  • The selection board reserves the right to select/reject any candidate without reasons.
  • Only shortlisted candidates will be called for tests/interviews.
  • False information will lead to disqualification.
  • Age relaxation of 5 years is included in the age limit.
  • Selected candidates must provide Medical Fitness and Character Certificates.
  • Employees from Government/Semi-Government departments must attach a No Objection Certificate (NOC).
  • No TA/DA will be provided.
  • Attested degrees from HEC/relevant boards must be presented at the interview.
  • Electronic gadgets such as mobile phones and smart watches are not allowed during tests and interviews.
  • All selected candidates will undergo medical and character verification before joining.
