Facade Specialist

Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled facade engineer to design, plan and oversee the construction of building facades.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop facade systems for buildings, ensuring structural integrity and aesthetic appeal.
• Collaborate with architects, structural engineers and clients to determine project requirements and specifications.
• Create detailed drawings and models using CAD software.
• Oversee the installation of facade systems and conduct quality control inspections.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise during construction.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in facade technology.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience as a facade engineer.
• Proficient in CAD software and other relevant design tools.
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations related to facades.
• Strong communication and project management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
