Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Outreach Professional to connect with new clients and buyers in Saudi Arabia and the Middle East. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be fluent in Arabic and English.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and connect with potential clients and decision-makers in KSA and MENA
  • Build relationships and lead outreach across multiple channels
  • Use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and Google Maps to source leads
  • Qualify prospects and schedule introductory meetings for the consulting team
  • Build a clean, high-quality pipeline aligned with our offerings
  • Track activities and update lead statuses in CRM tools
Requirements
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
  • Based in Karachi, willing to work in-office or hybrid
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in business development, telesales, or lead generation
  • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable with high-volume outreach and remote engagement
  • Familiarity with lead generation tools and sales platforms
  • Confident presenting our services to senior decision-makers
