1. Develop initial design concepts based on client requirements and site conditions, ensuring compliance with local building codes and zoning laws.
2. Create 2D and 3D visualizations, sketches, and layouts for presentation, incorporating sustainable building practices and innovative materials.
3. Prepare detailed architectural drawings and specifications, collaborating with structural engineers, MEP consultants, and contractors.
4. Conduct site visits to ensure construction aligns with design specifications, monitoring project timelines and deliverables.
5. Consult with clients to refine design goals and resolve issues, providing updates on project progress and presenting design proposals.
6. Stay updated on architectural trends, tools, and technologies, applying knowledge to enhance designs and improve project outcomes.
