**Job Title:** Campus Manager
- Ensure effective campus operations, including evening and weekend activities, and recommend operational improvements.
- Create and communicate campus schedules and room assignments to faculty, staff, and students.
- Develop plans to maximize space utilization of the campus and recommend changes to procedures to increase campus utilization, efficiency, and services.
Overall day-to-day management of all aspects of the campus is a key responsibility.
- Act as the focal person to coordinate cordial communication within and outside the campus.
- Liaise, both formally and informally, in scheduling meetings, seminars, and training programs.
- Control expenses budgets and handle petty cash according to campus procedures.
- Record and maintain inventory of the campus.
- Manage staff effectively to ensure that the campus is well presented, functioning, and secure at all times.
- Improve the aesthetics of the campus and maintain its elegance with strict observation to hygiene and cleanliness.
- Carry out necessary security arrangements and provide logistical support to campus activities.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and administrative skills, be able to cope with a tough schedule under pressure, and multitask in a dynamic environment. They will also have a willingness to tackle everything from simple to complex tasks and manage staff and students. Competency in using Microsoft Office is essential.
