Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Training Content Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating engaging training content that enhances the learning experience.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop compelling voice over scripts to elevate the learning process.
  • Create and distribute training manuals, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with the Training Team to drive organizational growth and development.
  • Manage training budgets to optimize resource allocation.
  • Design and implement Training Needs Assessment documents at the group level.
  • Plan and develop comprehensive training calendars on a monthly and annual basis.
  • Create training content aligned with industry standards and competency frameworks.
  • Maintain and update training materials, including soft copies, hard copies, and videos.
  • Oversee documentation and operations for internal and external training initiatives.
  • Coordinate certificate distribution and ensure timely updates of training records.
Key Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess skill-based experience in relevant fields, such as Microsoft Animations, Power Point Animations, and Creative Conceptualization.

A strong command of English and Urdu languages is essential for effective communication.
