Job Description:

As a Senior Consultant Specialist, you will play a pivotal part in driving business growth and success. You will be responsible for leading teams using agile methodologies and collaborating with various clients globally.

• Possess extensive knowledge of domains such as procurement, TPRM, and GRC.
• Demonstrate exceptional stakeholder management skills and experience working with diverse clients worldwide.
• Develop strategies to identify issues and gaps in ITSM and ITOM modules.
• Configure Event Management including Event Mapping Rules, Transform Rules, and Alert Rules.
• Customize Email Notifications, Inbound Email Actions, Reports, and Dashboards.
• Implement integrations between ServiceNow and third-party applications using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Create homepages and dashboards for stakeholders.
• Configure Access Control Lists (ACLs) based on security requirements and provide backup for activities like CMDB administration.
• Develop KPIs and generate ITSM performance metrics using ServiceNow Performance Analytics.
