Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Financial Data Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for performing day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting reports, as well as managing accounts for clients.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Perform financial data entry, maintenance, and analysis to ensure accurate and timely financial records.
  • Manage client accounts, including UK and Turkish clients, ensuring all financial data is up-to-date and compliant with regulations.
  • Prepare and maintain financial records, including ledgers, invoices, and bank reconciliations, to provide a clear picture of the company's financial performance.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, providing insights into company performance and helping inform business decisions.
  • Liaise with clients and internal teams to ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial data, fostering effective collaboration and communication.
  • Contribute to process improvements and efficient workflow management, driving business growth and efficiency.


Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • ACCA Part-Qualified or Fully Qualified, demonstrating a strong foundation in accounting principles.
  • A minimum of 1–2 years of accounting experience, preferably in a similar role, with a focus on developing skills and expertise.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, Xero, Sage, or similar) to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in financial reporting and analysis.
  • Good communication skills and a proactive attitude, facilitating effective collaboration with clients and internal teams.
