Inventory Control Specialist

We are currently looking for a skilled and motivated individual to fill the position of Inventory Control Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the inventory, data entry of all incoming and outgoing orders, liaison with third parties, packing and dispatching orders, following up with clients to ensure delivery, and preparing monthly sales reports.

1. Inventory Management: Supervise the receipt, storage, and shipment of inventory to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
2. Data Entry: Enter all incoming and outgoing orders into the system to maintain accurate records.
3. Liaison with Suppliers: Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
4. Order Processing: Coordinate the packing and dispatching of orders to meet customer expectations.
5. Client Communication: Regularly follow up with clients to confirm order status and resolve any issues.
6. Performance Tracking: Prepare and submit comprehensive monthly sales reports to track business performance.
