  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging industry trends and market insights.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver successful customer projects, including marketing & retention campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign effectiveness, identifying areas for improvement and implementing data-driven decisions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor analysis, and market developments to ensure a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in any related field.
  • 2-3 years' experience within a client/account management role; B2B account management experience would be an advantage.
  • Proven track record of driving account growth and revenue expansion.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Good command of English.
