**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced Tax & Accounting Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of the finance and accounting functions, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Drive financial growth, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
  • Develop and implement short-term and long-term strategic financial objectives, aligning them with the company's overall vision.
  • Manage and consolidate financials of all entities, producing regular financial reports to identify results, trends, and financial forecasts.
  • Provide guidance and support to finance teams, promoting best practices and enhancing team performance.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years of work experience in finance and accounting, preferably with ACCA/CA qualifications or equivalent.
  • Proven expertise in UAE VAT and tax computations, with excellent knowledge of accounts payable and receivable.
  • Strong understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices, with quality standards and quality assurance policy and procedure.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with proficiency in English.
