Backend Development Expert

We are seeking a skilled Backend Developer to deliver scalable solutions for our clients across various industries.

This role is key in designing and implementing robust, secure, and scalable backend systems using NestJS, PostgreSQL, and Docker.

The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end development of modular products with customizable resource types and risk assessment functionalities.

  • Design and implement backend systems using NestJS, PostgreSQL, and Docker.
  • Develop features for defining, customizing, and managing security standards and SOAs for compliance tracking.
  • Collaborate with product managers, front-end engineers, DevOps, and QA teams to deliver high-quality features.
  • Enforce clean architecture, code review standards, testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Mentor junior and mid-level developers, fostering innovation and collaboration.
  • Contribute to infrastructure automation and container orchestration for seamless deployment.

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • 5-8 years of backend development experience.
  • Hands-on expertise with NestJS, PostgreSQL, TypeScript, and Docker.
  • Familiarity with Next.js and full-stack collaboration.
  • Knowledge of security standards (ISO 27001, SOA management) and vulnerability frameworks is a plus.
  • Experience designing APIs (RESTful/GraphQL) and microservices architecture.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
