We are seeking an experienced Culinary Operations Manager to lead our kitchen team and elevate our menu offerings. Our hospital-owned café in Islamabad is dedicated to providing quick and quality fast food and continental dishes to our patients and the neighborhood.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality meals adhering to health and safety standards, collaborating with management to design a diverse and appealing menu, supervising kitchen staff and ensuring efficient operation, managing inventory and food cost control, and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  1. Proven experience as a chef in a fast-paced environment
  2. Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary trends
  3. Ability to lead and train kitchen staff
  4. Excellent time management and organizational skills
  5. Possession of passion for food and customer service excellence
