Job Title: Short Term Support Staff
">This is a short-term support position in the Department of Food Science under a Higher Education Commission project. The project aims to utilize and add value to pomegranate peel extract by exploring its therapeutic and antimicrobial potential in bakery products.
">The ideal candidate will have a B.Sc. (Hons.)/BS or equivalent degree in Nutritional Sciences or a relevant field, with good experience in physicochemical analyses and report writing. Responsibilities include working in both field and lab settings, collecting raw materials, conducting chemical analyses, preparing project reports, writing proposals, and manuscript writing.

Requirements:
