Pastry Chef Position

We are seeking an experienced Pastry Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating delicious and visually appealing pastries and desserts.


Main Responsibilities:
  1. Paste Preparation: Prepare a variety of pastries, including cakes, cookies, breads, and tarts, using traditional techniques and high-quality ingredients.
  2. Decoration: Decorate pastries using various techniques to create visually appealing displays that showcase your creativity and skills.
  3. Recipe Development: Develop new recipes and creative flavor combinations that meet the highest quality standards and customer expectations.
  4. Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, placing orders as needed to ensure a consistent supply of fresh and high-quality products.
  5. Training and Supervision: Train and supervise kitchen staff on pastry techniques and recipes, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills and knowledge.
  6. Kitchen Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen space, adhering to health and safety regulations and ensuring a safe working environment for all staff members.
Requirements:
  1. Experience: Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role in a high-end bakery or restaurant setting, with a proven track record of success and achievement.
  2. Skills: Proficiency in creating various pastries, including cakes, cookies, breads, and tarts, as well as knowledge of decorating techniques and recipe development.
  3. Knowledge: Strong understanding of food safety regulations, ingredient handling and storage procedures, and kitchen maintenance practices.
  4. Aptitude: Excellent time management skills, ability to work under pressure, and strong communication skills, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
  5. Credentials: Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred, with a focus on pastry arts and related fields.

Salary Information: $1600 per month (negotiable based on experience).
