We have an exciting opportunity for a Management Trainee Officer to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the Accounts and Costing team in executing daily, monthly, and annual financial activities with a focus on cost control, reporting, budgeting, and variance analysis.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring data accuracy, timely reporting, and the development of standardized costing models.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Close daily, order-wise costing files in coordination with relevant departments.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual cost reports for internal review and management decision-making.
  • Ensure the timely submission of cost reports as per reporting schedules.
  • Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts.
  • Collect and consolidate data from relevant departments for budgeting purposes.
  • Monitor actual costs against budgeted figures.
  • Highlight and report significant variances and potential cost overruns to management.
  • Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of standard costing models.
  • Assist in periodic reviews and updates to ensure costing models reflect operational realities.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with up to 1 year of relevant experience in costing or accounts to develop their skills and knowledge in a fast-paced environment.
