Job Title: Digital Marketing Operations Specialist

  • Achieve a high level of proficiency in HubSpot Marketing Hub, including its various features and functionalities.
  • Design, build, implement, and manage automated workflows and processes within HubSpot to streamline marketing and sales activities.
  • Create, manage, and optimize automated email sequences for lead nurturing and customer engagement.
  • Oversee the health and integrity of the HubSpot contact database, including segmentation, list creation, and data hygiene.
  • Proactively manage and segment email contact lists for targeted marketing campaigns and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.
  • Regularly perform data scrubbing and cleansing activities to maintain accurate and up-to-date records for sales.
  • Analyze marketing and sales data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform strategic decision-making.
  • Proficiently work with data tables and create insightful pivot tables in Excel to visualize and interpret data.
  • Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards within HubSpot to track key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing and sales activities.
  • Experience with Clay or Airtable is highly preferred, particularly in data orchestration, enrichment, and campaign building.
  • Identify opportunities for automation across marketing and sales processes and implement integrations between HubSpot, ZoomInfo, and other relevant business systems.
  • Utilize advanced Excel skills, including a strong understanding of formulas and functions, for data manipulation, analysis, and reporting.
  • Continuously identify and implement improvements to marketing and sales operations processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest features and updates within HubSpot and the broader marketing technology landscape.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of proven experience in marketing operations, sales operations, or a data analysis role within a marketing/sales environment.
  • Extensive hands-on experience working with HubSpot Marketing Hub, with a deep understanding of its various features and functionalities.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formula creation, data manipulation, and the creation of pivot tables.
  • Demonstrated experience in creating and managing automated workflows and email sequences.
  • Proven ability to manage and segment large contact databases.
  • Strong understanding of data tools like ZoomInfo, Infotelligent, Salesloft etc.
  • Experience with data scrubbing and data quality management.
  • Solid understanding of marketing and sales analytics principles and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Experience with automation and integrations between marketing/sales platforms and other business systems is highly desirable.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data and insights clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
