Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Product Development Manager to lead the full lifecycle of our product or service.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop Strategic Product Vision: Define and align the product vision, strategy, and roadmap with company goals and market opportunities.
  2. Prioritize Product Backlog: Develop and prioritize a product backlog based on business value, user needs, and technical feasibility.
  3. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.
  4. Stakeholder Liaison: Serve as the primary liaison between stakeholders and development teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on goals.
  5. Product Requirements Definition: Define product requirements, create user stories, and specify key performance indicators (KPIs) for product success.
RequirementsQualification and Experience:
  1. Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.
  2. Professional Experience: Proven experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or a similar role in product development.
  3. Methodology Knowledge: Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  4. Skill Set: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Exceptional communication and presentation abilities. Proficiency in product management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or similar platforms.
Work Arrangement:

The selected candidate will work from our office located in DHA Sector F Rwp, following a 10am-7pm shift schedule.
