Machinery Safety Trainer Job Opportunity

Our organization is seeking a seasoned professional to serve as a Machinery Safety Trainer. This 1-Day Training Program aims to enhance participants' awareness of machinery-related hazards, safe operating practices, and compliance with international safety standards in industrial environments.

Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging, interactive, and practical sessions to Operations Staff, Maintenance Technicians, Safety Officers, and Supervisors. The ideal candidate will possess strong facilitation skills and be able to convey complex information in an accessible manner.

Qualifications:
  • Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial Engineering or a related field.
  • Certification in Occupational Safety / Machinery Safety Standards is preferred but not mandatory.
Trainer Expertise & Experience:
  • Minimum 8-10 years of industrial experience in operations, maintenance, or HSE with exposure to machinery safety.
  • Proven knowledge of:
    • Machinery hazards and risk assessment.
    • Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
    • Machine guarding standards and safe operating procedures.
    • Permit-to-work systems.
    • International safety standards (OSHA, ISO, IEC).
  • Minimum 3 years of corporate training experience with strong facilitation skills.
