Job Title\

This is a challenging role for an experienced software developer who can design, build, and maintain complex web applications.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in PHP and MySQL, with experience working on large-scale projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Designing and developing custom web applications using PHP and MySQL
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery
  • Maintaining existing client applications and websites
  • Crafting high-quality code in accordance with current industry standards and best practices

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4+ years of web development experience using PHP and MySQL (LAMP stack)
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
  • At least 3+ years of experience working with the LAMP tech stack: Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP/Perl/Python
  • Proven experience in database administration with MySQL

Technical Skills:

  • Experience working within a team environment as well as independently
  • Deep understanding of core PHP/OOP principles
  • Firm understanding of secure coding and general development best practices
  • Working knowledge of MySQL
  • Good knowledge of version control systems (Git; TFS is a plus but not necessary)
